Mike Carter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Flow Systems Inc. since January 2023, Mike also holds the position of Partner at TXE Capital, LLC and is a Board Member at A2LA. Previously, Mike was the CEO of Western Energy Support and Technology from June 2017 to December 2021, following a tenure as COO at the same company from January 2008 to May 2017. Mike’s career at Flow Systems Inc. began in September 1996, where Mike served as President until December 2007. Mike Carter earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, completing the degree from 1986 to 1990.
