Thomas R. Tovey

Thomas R. Tovey has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Thomas R. is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at A2LA since September 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Bimbo Bakeries USA, S.B. Thomas Division as the Operations Controller from May 2003 to September 2017. Thomas also held the position of Assistant Controller at Marconi PLC from November 2002 to May 2003. Before that, they worked at Eaton Corporation as the Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis from September 1997 to November 2002. Thomas also has experience as a Cost Accounting Manager at Penril Datability Networks from July 1996 to September 1997, and as the Manager of Accounting at Austin Mohawk from September 1994 to July 1996. Thomas R. started their career as a Cost Accountant at TECT Corporation, where they worked from September 1990 to September 1994.

Thomas R. Tovey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Corporate Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, which they obtained between 1999 and 2002. Thomas R. also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Syracuse University. In addition, they have obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Maryland.
