Halil Ozdemir began their work experience in 2011 as a Foundry Engineer at Federal-Mogul Motorparts. After a year, they transitioned to A2MAC1 - Decode the future in 2014. At A2MAC1, they initially worked as a Project Engineer, where their responsibilities included simulations of air flow around vehicles, method and test rig design for car body stiffness, and the implementation of a quality management system. In 2019, they took on the role of a Technical Account Manager, which they currently hold. No end date is provided for this role.
Halil Ozdemir completed their education at various institutions. In 2000, they attended Kuleli Military High School and obtained a high school diploma. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they studied at Mines Douai and attained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2017, they enrolled at Uppsala University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Wind Power, which they completed in 2018.
Halil also obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. In 2012, they received a certification in Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) from Quality Partner Ltd. In 2016, they obtained another certification, Methods-Time Measurement (MTM-UAS), from the International MTM Directorate. Finally, in 2018, they acquired the MTM-eHPV certification from the same institution.
