Scheduling: 
 a2z Dispatch Services team will work to ensure that the truck schedules are in line with delivery deadlines, traffic conditions, and driver hours of service regulations.

Monitoring: 
a2z Dispatch Services is responsible for monitoring the progress of trucks on the road, tracking their location, and ensuring that they are on schedule.

Communication:
Our  Dispatchers will communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders in the supply chain to ensure that everything is on track and any issues are promptly addressed.

Problem-solving: 
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as breakdowns, traffic, or weather-related delays, dispatchers must quickly find alternative solutions to keep the shipment on track.

Documentation: 
Our Dispatchers Will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of shipments, including delivery receipts, bills of lading, and other relevant documents.

Payments.
After the delivery, our dispatcher will work to get you paid for what you have worked as per rate con. Either you want Quick pay, EFS, ACH, or any other source you want.
