A3 Recruitment is Melbourne's specialist creative recruiter with a unique skill set.

The two directors, Nick McDonald and Sally Wilson have had long and successful careers in advertising before forming A3 Recruitment to service the creative needs of agencies. The business is entirely based upon finding the right people for the right roles - with genuine understanding of clients' briefs.

A3 handles full time and freelance positions for ad agencies (and marcomms businesses) ranging from macops and designers, to integrated writers and art directors, specialised digital talent, right through to ECD positions and everything else around and in between.

A3 has been operating in the Melbourne creative landscape for more than 10 years with placements in virtually all the well ranked creative agencies. A3 also engages with an exclusive network of like minded, bespoke creative recruiters in Sydney, London, South Africa, LA and New York to help attract the best talent here. And with those recruiter contacts, and extensive connections at many of the world's leading agencies, can likewise help creatives heading the other way.
