A3 Sports Performance is a coaching-driven training facility in Bakersfield, CA specializing in strength, speed, and performance development for athletes, adults, and individuals with disabilities.

We change lives through coaching by combining elite sports science with a personal approach — helping people develop athleticism, achieve peak performance, and own their confidence.

At A3, coaching is a professional craft. Our inclusive programs combine structure, sports science, and support to deliver results through exceptional coaching.

We work with three primary populations:
• Athletes developing strength, speed, power and confidence for sport
• Adults pursuing strength, longevity, and lifelong performance
• Individuals with disabilities building strength, independence, and confidence through our A3 ADAPT program

At A3, we believe coaching is one of the most powerful forces for change in a person’s life. Real development is not accidental and cannot be rushed; it is earned through effort and quality coaching over time.
