Victor Fraga

Victor Fraga has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Consultant in environmental matters at Agroflor Engenharia e Meio Ambiente until 2011. Victor then transitioned into a sales role as a Coordinator at EF Education First from November 2011 to July 2012. Victor then worked as a Relationship Manager for two years at HSBC, where they were responsible for maintaining client relationships and handling debt negotiation. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Relationship Manager for Itaú Unibanco, focusing on servicing Uniclass clients. Subsequently, Victor worked at Santander Brasil from 2015 to 2019, first as a Van Gogh II Relationship Manager and then as a Select Manager. At Banco Safra, Victor worked as an Investment Manager from March 2019 to May 2021. Victor continued to advance in their career as a Distribution and Investor Relations Specialist at Empírica from January to December 2022. Currently, Victor works as a Business Development Manager at Fasten, starting in February 2023. Victor also holds the position of DCM and Investor Relations at a55, starting in June 2023.

Victor Fraga completed a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi from 2023 to 2027. In 2023, they also pursued an MBA in ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) at Ibmec, which was completed in 2024. From 2017 to 2020, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Advanced Program in Finance at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. In 2013 and 2014, Victor Fraga obtained a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management from Senac Brasil. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences at Universidade Federal de Viçosa.

In terms of certifications, Victor Fraga obtained the certification in Import Systematics from Aduaneiras - Informação Sem Fronteiras in February 2023. In July 2022, they completed a certification course on implementing sustainability in organizations called "ESG in Practice" from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
