Reem Tilal

Reem Tilal is currently the Head of Sales at A&A Associate in Abu Dhabi and has extensive experience as a Business Setup Advisor, helping entrepreneurs establish and grow businesses in the UAE. Previously, they served as a Senior Sales and Finance Executive at Mahgoub Sons Group, where they successfully expanded market share and developed strategic partnerships. Their experience also includes a role in communication and advocacy at ADRA International, where they led awareness campaigns and built relationships with key stakeholders. Reem co-founded a social enterprise focused on empowering youth and women, and they are pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in International Relations at the University of Khartoum. Fluent in Arabic, English, and Turkish, Reem is passionate about social causes and entrepreneurship, with competencies in business consulting, marketing, and advocacy.
