Jake Spence

Jake Spence is an experienced leader with a strong background in operational management and sales strategy. Currently serving as the Managing Director at durhamlane since June 2013, Jake drives the company's strategic direction and ensures alignment with operational goals. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Sales Operations Director, where key responsibilities involved optimizing processes and enhancing service delivery. As a Chapter Officer for the AA-ISP, Jake contributes to the growth of the Inside Sales industry through research and member support. Jake's early career includes accolades as 'Customer Hero' at RSA and project management experience at Accenture in India. Jake holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Sunderland and an ILM level 3 certification in Leadership and Management from Newcastle College.
