Andy Mertens

Andy Mertens has held various leadership positions in the IT and telecommunications industry. Starting as a Service Desk at Axa bank in 2000, Andy progressed to becoming a Technical Support Team Leader at Scarlet, eventually landing the role of Operations Manager Outsourcing at Triple A Solutions in May 2020. Prior to this, Andy was a Business Service Delivery Team Leader at Orange and held several other managerial positions in the areas of B2B contracts, activation, and technical support.
