Erick Arch

Erick Arch currently serves as the Manager of Operations at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Erick Arch held several roles at AAA Canada, including Sr Manager of Operations and Site Senior Manager of Manufacturing and OSW, starting in July 2017. At BOMBARDIER, Erick Arch served as the Director of Operations from April 2015 to October 2016, overseeing three production units manufacturing structural components for various aircraft programs and achieving 260 accident-free days. Previously, from September 2006 to March 2015, Erick Arch worked at Bombardier Aerospace in various capacities, including Operations Manager, where responsibilities included launching new programs and managing production operations effectively, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
