Mark Kaplan

Mark Kaplan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, education, and data administration. Currently serving as the Quality Fire Protection Scheduling Coordinator at AAA Fire Protection since March 2021, Mark is responsible for scheduling inspections and services for commercial customers while enhancing customer relationships. Previously, as a Teaching Education Specialist at UOP from April 2007 to October 2021, Mark supported students in teaching prep programs and collaborated with various departments. Early career experience includes a role as a Data Administrator at Wolters Kluwer Health from July 1997 to January 2007, where Mark managed vendor data and improved operational efficiencies. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, an Associate of Arts from Fisher College, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Eastern Nazarene College.
