David Dhanpat is a seasoned marketing professional with a diverse background in academia and digital media. Since April 2020, David has been serving as a Senior Marketing Specialist at AAA Northeast. Prior experience includes a role as an Adjunct Professor of Journalism at Hofstra University from November 2013 to January 2020, where David taught a course on coding for communication majors, covering HTML/CSS, WordPress, and various Adobe Creative Suite applications. Between February 2008 and October 2013, David held positions at SUNY Maritime College as Director of Web and Digital Media and Assistant Director of External Relations and Webmaster, collaborating closely with the College President and revamping the alumni magazine. As a co-founder of Bonafide Icon from September 2005 to November 2012, David focused on developing flash and e-commerce websites while managing vendor relations. David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communication from Baruch College.
