David Yelle

David Yelle has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. David began their career at Lifeline Systems, Inc. as an Operations Manager from 1995 to 2000. David then joined Mass Mutual Financial Group as an Assistant Vice President, where they directed call center operations and implemented various employee development and retention strategies. In 2005, they moved on to The Hartford as a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. David Yelle served as the Dean of Students at Bay Path University from 2006 to 2016. David also worked at AAA and AAA Northeast, holding positions such as Vice President and Chief HR Officer, as well as Managing Director of Human Resource Strategic Initiatives. Currently, they serve as an Adjunct Professor at Springfield College.

David Yelle holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development from American International College, which was obtained in or before 2003. David also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Anna Maria College, which they completed in or before 1992. In addition to their formal education, David has obtained certifications in Leadership and Management as well as Team Performance from The Predictive Index in January 2023.
