Hayley Salas

Hayley Salas, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as a People & Culture Business Partner at AAA National since October 2018, where responsibilities include supporting business strategies, managing HR compliance, and enhancing employee engagement while coaching leaders in performance management and change management. Prior experience includes a role as Program Specialist at the Center for Independent Living in Central Florida, where Hayley streamlined onboarding processes and developed training programs for individuals with disabilities. Earlier in career, experience was gained in sales and marketing at North American Title, alongside social media management for South Florida Gourmet Magazine. Hayley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida International University and multiple technical certificates in Human Resources from Valencia College, complemented by a Six Sigma certification from the University of Central Florida.
