Jaime Kimbro

Jaime Kimbro is a Regional Manager of the Diamond Program with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in creating exceptional travel experiences and enhancing AAA member value. Previously, Jaime served as the Director of Education & Development at Loews Hotels, where they applied adult learning theory and managed recruitment and training for over 350 team members. Jaime also held the position of Dean of Faculty at Breakthrough Miami, focusing on staff development and conflict resolution. An enthusiastic trainer, Jaime is dedicated to elevating service standards and delivering measurable impact in customer-centric environments. They earned a BA in Print Journalism from New York University.
