James Dio

James Dio has a diverse work experience starting from 2004. James began their career as an Accounts Receivable Assistant at Elmhurst Extended Care and worked there until 2008. James then moved to Roger Williams Medical Center as a Report Writer Analyst from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined CharterCARE Health Partners as a Systems Analyst I and later became their Lead Developer and Director of Development and Data Management. James then transitioned to Navin, Haffty & Associates in 2016 as a Senior Consultant. Most recently, they have been employed at AAA Northeast, starting as a BI Developer in 2018 and progressing to Manager of Business Intelligence, Senior Manager Business Intelligence, Director Business Intelligence, and currently holds the position of Director Software and Data Engineering.
