James Sennett

James Sennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and corrections fields. Currently serving as a Board Member for the ASE - National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence since June 2022, James also holds the position of National Manager of Repair Programs at AAA National since April 2019. Prior roles include Business Advisor at AAA of Western and Central New York from May 2014 to April 2019, Store Manager at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from January 2008 to May 2014, Correctional Officer with the New York State Department of Corrections from July 2000 to January 2008, and Service Advisor at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from March 1996 to July 2000. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Buffalo State University and an Associate's degree in the same field from Erie Community College.
