Jeff Biesen CPCU serves as the Director of Insurance & Risk Management at AAA National Office since February 2022, focusing on minimizing corporate exposures and developing risk management strategies. Prior to this role, Biesen was an Insurance Sr. Commercial Consultant at JBI Insurance Group from February 2011 to March 2022, where responsibilities included engaging stakeholders and supporting marketing initiatives for insurance carrier programs. Biesen also held the position of Vice President of the Construction Practice at Thilman & Filippini LLC from January 2007 to December 2011, managing insurance and risk programs for contractors. Earlier in the career, Biesen was Sr. Vice President at Braman Agency from January 1988 to December 2006, playing a key role in developing the agency's premium to $45 million. Biesen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Management from Ball State University.
