Jeremy Davidson, CCXP, serves as the Director of Market Research & Member Experience Design at AAA National Office since June 2011, where responsibilities include developing and executing the Association Member Experience Strategy and overseeing all related design projects. With experience across various roles at AAA, including Member Experience Design Manager and Senior Business Analyst in the Travel Industry, Jeremy leverages qualitative and quantitative research to enhance customer experiences and build a customer-centric culture. Prior experience includes managing public relations for NASCAR and overseeing national motorsports sponsorships at GMR Marketing. Jeremy holds a Master's Certificate in Internet Marketing from the University of San Francisco and a B.S. in Sport Management from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
