Jody Smith

Jody Smith is an experienced professional in the automotive services industry, currently serving as the Director of Automotive Services at AAA National since April 2019. Prior to this role, Jody spent two decades at AAA Carolinas, where positions held included Automotive Services Manager, Manager of Fleet Operations, Battery Program Manager, Emergency Road Service Field Manager, Call Center Supervisor, and Emergency Road Service Call Receiver/Dispatcher. Jody holds a degree from the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
