Joelle Palmisano

Joelle Palmisano has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Director of Sales Operations at AAA Northeast. Joelle has been with the company since February 2023 and holds the additional role of Director of Life Sales Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Amica Insurance for nearly two decades, starting as a Service Officer in June 2003 and ending in September 2022. Joelle also worked at Amica Life Insurance, where they served as a Customer Experience Officer from February 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, they held the position of Life Sales Officer at Amica Life Insurance from July 2003 to October 2021.

Joelle Palmisano earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from Rhode Island College between 1990 and 1994. Joelle furthered their education by attending Peirce College from 1997 to 1999, where they completed the Interpreter Education Program with a focus on American Sign Language (ASL). In addition to their academic achievements, Joelle Palmisano has obtained various certifications related to personal and professional development, including certifications in coaching skills, customer experience foundations, and facilitation.
