John Burns is a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at AAA National, with over a decade of experience in analytics and reporting, particularly within the AAA Action Center. Since November 2013, John has been instrumental in developing KPI reporting dashboards using Tableau for both internal clients and club stakeholders. Prior to this role, John served as Analytics Manager for the Discounts & Rewards program at AAA, where contributions included the implementation of Tableau reporting and lead generation strategies. John’s career began at Sears Roebuck Co, where, from 1997 to 2013, John fulfilled the role of Marketing Analytics Manager for Home Improvements, managing marketing databases and conducting ad hoc analytics. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
