John Jacob Parks, MBA, has extensive experience in product management and digital technologies, currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Roadside Assistance Programs and Digital Technologies at AAA National since July 2020. In this role, John oversees a diverse digital roadside product portfolio, managing interactions across multiple platforms. Prior to AAA National, John held various leadership positions at The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., where achievements included the development of a mobile event application and an online affiliate management system. Additional experience includes entrepreneurship in advertising and a successful tenure in marketing and circulation management at Lumberjack Newspaper. John holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and has completed a certificate in Product Management from Northwestern University.
