Lindsay Griffith

Lindsay Griffith, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Travel Technology at AAA National, where responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and enhancements of emergency roadside assistance applications and redesigning call intake and payment systems. Prior to this role, Lindsay worked at Fiserv, where engagement as an Agile Product Owner involved leading a Scrum team through Agile migration and implementing a successful signature card product. Earlier experience includes positions at First Data Corporation, where Lindsay was the Lead Business Analyst, ensuring system functionality for international banking clients. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from UCF College of Business and a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Stetson University.
