Michelle Marchetti

Michelle Marchetti has over two decades of experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Membership Sales and Service Call Center at AAA Northeast since October 2015. Prior roles include Manager and Assistant Call Center Manager at AAA Northeast, alongside a significant tenure at Bank of America from January 2003 to October 2015 as Financial Center Manager and Customer Service Team Manager. Earlier in their career, Michelle held the position of State Director for Youth Entrepreneurship at the Rhode Island MicroEnterprise Association, Inc. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Psychology from Johnson & Wales University between 2000 and 2003.
