Ron Arigo

Ron Arigo has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Ron has held various leadership roles in reputable organizations. Notably, they served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at AAA Northeast, where they led the Human Resources department for a consumer brand with over 3,500 employees. Prior to that, Ron was the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, overseeing the HR function for an organization with 42,000 employees across multiple sectors. Ron also held senior leadership positions at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, including the roles of Chief Learning Officer and Global HR Operations Manager, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Vice President of HR Business Partner for different regions and divisions.
