Sharon Arnold

Sharon Arnold has over three decades of experience in human resources, spanning from her role as Managing Director at AAA National since November 1989 to her current position as a retired professional from AAA. In the capacity of Managing Director, Sharon collaborates closely with top management to formulate HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, overseeing various aspects such as staffing, employee relations, and compliance at the National Office in Heathrow, Florida. Prior to this, Sharon served as Director of Compensation & Benefits, where responsibilities included directing a team to create competitive compensation plans and conducting market studies. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology from East Carolina University.
