Todd Milner

Todd Milner is an experienced program manager with a robust background in overseeing complex defense contracts and missile defense systems. Since August 2011, Todd Milner has held the position of Program Manager at AAA National. Previously, Todd Milner worked at L3 Communications, Coleman Aerospace from 1995 to 2010, progressing from Director to Program Manager and Director, where responsibilities included leading the planning and execution of target rocket missions. At Lockheed Martin, from October 1985 to May 1999, Todd Milner served as a Senior Master Program Planner, managing integrated master schedules and program reporting during significant defense initiatives, including Desert Storm. Todd Milner holds a BA and an MBA in Economics and Business from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, completed between 1992 and 1994.
