Heba Gouda

Heba Gouda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global operations and academic support. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Operations at AAAE since May 2022, Heba previously worked as the Director of Academic Operations and Student Support at the Literacy Council of Northern Virginia from September 2021 to May 2022. Heba also held the position of Senior Academic Advisor at the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman - Cultural Division from November 2011 to October 2019, overseeing the academic performance of over 350 government-sponsored students and establishing partnerships with U.S. educational institutions. Earlier in their career, Heba served as the Director of International Projects at the International Road Federation (IRF) from April 2002 to September 2010, where responsibilities included managing road transfer-technology projects and developing marketing strategies to enhance membership in the surface transportation sector.
