Lawrence Way has extensive experience in the media production industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Training & Technology Services at AAAE since February 2006. In this role, Lawrence manages media production processes including media acquisition, editing, and encoding, while also overseeing logistics and scheduling for field production. Prior to AAAE, Lawrence was the Production Manager and President at Image & Sound Video Production from 1994 to 2006, co-founding the multimedia studio with Craig Weisbaum, which specialized in full-service video and audio production. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from West Virginia University, earned between 1972 and 1976.
