Chip Kelley

Chip Kelley serves as the Administrator for the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) since June 2022. Prior to this role, Chip was a Registered Nurse Circulator at Physician Partners of America from August 2016 to December 2021, specializing as a perioperative nurse. From August 1992 to July 2016, Chip held the position of Critical Care Registered Nurse Manager at BayCare Health System, demonstrating strong leadership in critical care management within the Heart Institute service line and emphasizing team building through evidence-based practices. Chip earned a degree in Health Care Administration with a focus on Nursing Administration from Capella University between 2013 and 2016 and holds an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Hillsborough Community College, obtained from 2001 to 2003.
