Jim Park is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and real estate. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Korea Finance Society and an Advisory Board Member for Smithsonian SITES and Affiliates, Jim also holds the position of Executive Chairman and CEO & Partner at The Mortgage Collaborative since 2013, which supports small and mid-sized lenders. As the Chief Executive Officer at AAAIM since 2020, and a Past Chair & Board Member Emeritus for the Asian Real Estate Association of America since 2005, Jim has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to the real estate community. Additionally, as the Chair of ICIPE’s Audit and Finance Committee and a former Trustee at Mercy Housing, Jim has contributed to various philanthropic and community-focused initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at Freddie Mac and leading New Vista Asset Management from 2006 to 2014. Jim holds a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University and a degree from UC Irvine.
