Johnny Wu is the CEO of Quartzy Capital Advisors, LLC, where the firm specializes in financial market consulting and product development. Wu hosts the "AAAIM High ELI" podcast, highlighting emerging and diverse leaders in the investment industry, and serves as a board member for AAAIM, which connects Asian American investment professionals with institutional investors. Additional board roles include The Index Standard, known for unbiased index ratings, and Optimal Asset Management, a firm managing $2.4 billion in assets. Previous experience includes managing partner and CEO of Plinth Capital LP, principal and head of distribution at Mariner Investment Group, and managing director roles at Barclays Capital and Bear Stearns. Wu holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics/Mathematics from Columbia University.
