Michael Cooper

Michael Cooper has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Michael worked as a Technical Support Team Lead at SOME (So Others Might Eat), where they supported over 400 users across multiple locations and managed various Active Directory objects. Michael also launched Skype for Business and provided training to the staff. Prior to that, they served as IT Support/Help Desk Support/System Admin at the same organization, supporting over 300 users and managing new install projects for switches and waps. Additionally, they worked as an IT Helpdesk at AABB and as a Technical Sales Professional at IBM.

Michael Cooper attended the University of Maryland of Eastern Shore from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
