Don Carmichael

Don Carmichael has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Don started their career in the USAF in 1967 and worked in the Comm and IT Community for 30 years. In 1997, they became a Program Director at BDM, where they worked until 1999. From 1999 to 2004, they served as the Group Manager, Defense Programs at RS Information Systems. Don then worked as a Client Account Executive at BAE Systems Information Technology from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Unisys as a Client Account Executive, where they stayed until 2008. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Wyle as a Business Development Executive, leading a team of nine and managing business development accounts. Since 2015, they have been the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at AAC Inc., responsible for overall management and spearheading business development initiatives.

Don Carmichael began their education at Texas State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Technology. Don attended from 1978 to 1980. Following their undergraduate studies, Don enrolled at The University of Southern Mississippi, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Teleprocessing Science. Don completed their studies at the university from 1981 to 1983.
