Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith has a diverse work experience. Ryan started their career at Modis in 2008, where they worked as a Technical Support associate for a year. In 2009, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Service-Now Administrator/Developer and also took on the role of Change Manager. Ryan worked at UnitedHealth Group for six years until 2015. After that, they joined AAC Inc. as a Service-Now Administrator/Developer/Consultant, where they are currently employed.

Ryan Smith has an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Remington College-Baton Rouge Campus. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications including Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow - The Enterprise Cloud Company, ITIL Release, Control and Validation from EXIN, and ITIL v3 Foundation, also from EXIN. Ryan obtained their certifications in January 2015 and May 2013 respectively.
