Lee Newman is the ninth dean of IE Business School and a current professor of leadership and behavioral science, focusing on educating responsible leaders for a better business and world. With a background as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, Lee has also founded and managed two technology startups during the Dot.Com era, highlighting a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Lee spent 14 years at IE University as dean and professor and previously conducted doctoral studies at the University of Michigan. In addition to current roles at IE Business School and serving on various boards, Lee is committed to redefining education through innovative technology and teaching methods.
