Rob Hendriks is currently the Manager of Assembly Production Automation at AAE, where they lead a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals in the assembly process of high-tech machines. From 2019 to 2022, Rob served as Project Manager PDM, implementing Siemens Teamcenter PLM software to enhance PDM activities across multiple locations. Prior to their tenure at AAE, Rob served as a Military Professional in the Koninklijke Landmacht from 2003 to 2016, completing various functions and overseas deployments. Rob holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Radboud University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Fontys Hogescholen, along with additional leadership training.
