Mathijs Ras has extensive experience in facility and process management, currently serving as a Senior Adviseur/Consultant at AAG since September 2016, specializing in service organization design and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Responsibilities include advising interim management, training in Lean principles, and facilitating process improvements. Mathijs has led multiple projects across various organizations, including roles such as Project Leader for the SamenWerken project at Lister GGZ and the integration of a comprehensive service desk at Thuiszorg West-Brabant. Education includes a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from AOG School of Management, alongside several certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Facility Management.
