Timo van Son

Timo van Son is an experienced Payroll & e-HRM Consultant at AAG since September 2011, providing support in payroll administration and application management, particularly with Raet's (E)HRM products and payroll software. Timo has a strong focus on understanding client problems and delivering practical solutions. Previously served as Team Leader of the Service Desk, managing a team of professionals dedicated to customer support. Timo began the career at AAG in the Payroll & HRM Services department, gaining experience in e-HRM and Service Desk teams. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Sales Assistant at Albert Heijn from January 2005 to August 2011, progressing from a shelf-stacking position to team leader. Timo holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology with a specialization in Work and Organizational Psychology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Tilburg University. Additional education includes training in Lean methodologies and various certifications relevant to the HR and payroll fields.
