Werner Spierings

Werner Spierings has extensive experience in project management and facilities management, currently serving as project leader for property management and maintenance at AAG since March 2017. Previously, Werner worked as a building manager and technical project specialist at Rabobank from November 2013 to March 2017, and as a project leader at Van Delft Groep from November 2011 to November 2013, focusing on the management and maintenance of building-related installations. Additional experience includes roles as a work preparer at Strukton Worksphere and Thijssens Elektrotechniek, and as an operator/mechanical technician at Coca-Cola Enterprises, which involved overseeing production utilities and waste water treatment. Werner holds an MTS in Mechanical Engineering and several relevant certifications, including Inspector BOEI/NEN2767 and installation manager.
