Hari Subramania

Hari Subramania has held various finance and leadership positions throughout their career. Hari started as a Manager, Budgets and Reporting at ARIG in 1987, where they were responsible for preparing budgets and business plans and participated in the design and implementation of a new budget system. Hari then worked as an Associate Treasurer at AGF from 1996 to 1998, where they coordinated with external managers for investments and introduced day-to-day cash flow forecasting. Subsequently, they joined Economical Insurance as a Manager, Financial Reporting from 1998 to 2000, streamlining the planning process and leading the Oracle Financials implementation. Hari then served as the Vice President of Finance at Cunningham Lindsey from 2001 to 2011, where they were responsible for strategic and financial planning, reporting, and treasury and cash management. Hari further worked as a Finance Executive at Insurance in 2012 before becoming the Chief Financial Officer at AAGI in 2013.

Hari Subramania completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Madras between 1972 and 1976. Following this, they pursued further education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a CA degree specializing in Accounting and Finance.
