Alec Paterson

Alec Paterson has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Alec began their career at Mars Confectionery in 1989 as an Operations Shift Manager. Alec then joined Kraft Jacobs Suchard in 1993 as a Seasonals Product Manager, where they worked until 1998. Following that, Alec worked at Geest PLC as a Manufacturing Manager from 1998 to 2001. Alec then joined Oscar Mayer Ltd as an Operations Director from 2002 to 2007. Alec's next role was at HJ Heinz Ltd, where they served as a Factory Manager from 2007 to 2010. Currently, Alec works at AAK, starting as the UK Operations Director from 2010 to 2015. Alec then held the position of European Supply Chain Director from 2015 to 2018. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Global Ops Director for Demand and Capacity Planning. Currently, Alec holds the position of European Operations Director at AAK.

Alec Paterson completed their education at the University of St Andrews from 1981 to 1985, earning a BSc(Hons) degree in Biochemistry.
