Ana Pardos

Ana Pardos is a seasoned commercial leader with extensive experience in sales and technical support across multiple global regions, currently serving as the Commercial Director of Sales and Technical Support at AAK since March 2020. Prior to this role, Ana held several positions at Novozymes from March 2011 to February 2020, including Global Strategic Account Manager and Team Leader for Technical Service in the EEMEA region, focusing on strategy development, stakeholder management, and team leadership. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Junior Project Manager at Hartfelt & Co. Ana holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master in Business and Management from the School of Economics and Business Administration in Padova, a Master in Fragrances, Cosmetics & Home care from ISIPCA, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Zaragoza.
