Anthony Crudden, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Customer Innovation Europe and Head of Product Technology and Design for Plant-Based Foods at AAK since October 2021. Prior to this role, Anthony Crudden held various positions at Danone Nutricia Research from April 2011 to October 2021, including Senior Product Development Manager for both Powder Technology in Infant and Medical Nutrition and for Productivity, Secure Supply, Quality, and Compliance. Earlier experience includes roles at Dairygold Food Ingredients, Teagasc, and Kerry Group, focusing on the development of infant formula base powders, collaboration with food companies on product development, and functional ingredient systems for dairy products. Anthony Crudden earned a Ph.D. in Dairy Science from University College Cork, complemented by management qualifications from the Irish Management Institute and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Food Science from Queen's University Belfast.
