Arnold Swart

Arnold Swart is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in the European logistics sector. Currently serving as the Logistics Manager Europe at AAK since April 2021, Arnold focuses on optimizing transport, warehousing, and customer service across multiple sites while enhancing efficiency and sustainability. Prior to AAK, Arnold held various roles at Kraton Corporation, including EU Logistics Operations Manager and Plant Supply Chain Manager a.i., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing end-to-end logistics operations and leading supply chain initiatives. Arnold's career also includes positions at Syngenta Seeds and Antalis Nederland, where logistics process optimization and team leadership were key responsibilities. Arnold holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and an MBO in Transport and Logistics from Horizon College.
