Benjamin Schwartz

Benjamin Schwartz possesses extensive experience in the personal care and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as Customer Innovation Manager at AAK since April 2017, Schwartz has also held roles as Senior Personal Care Applications Specialist and Personal Care Applications Specialist. Prior experience includes over a decade at Columbia Cosmetics Manufacturing Inc., where Schwartz was R&D Manager, overseeing project management and coordination between R&D Chemists and clients, and served as Senior R&D Chemist focusing on custom product development. Schwartz began as a Lab Technician at Estee Lauder, working on developmental batches for Clinique and Origins. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware.
