Bernd Schepman

Bernd Schepman currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at AAK since January 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing IT security and leading the global IT security taskforce. Prior to this role, Bernd held positions such as Manager End User Support Services Europe at CSM Bakery Supplies, managing a team that provided support to over 2000 internal customers across multiple countries, and IT Delivery Manager for CSM Benelux, focusing on local IT operations. Additional experience includes ownership of 2Portant, providing interim IT leadership, and various IT roles at Gemeente Vught and Operator Groep Delft, with a strong foundation in network and server management. Bernd holds a Bachelor's Degree in HBO-ICT from NOVI Hogeschool and has undertaken multiple IT certifications and courses.
