Estée Peeters

Estée Peeters is currently a Site Director at AAK, bringing over eight years of experience from various production sites across the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. They have a strong background in translating management strategies into actionable plans on the shop floor and are passionate about continuous improvement. Estée has held roles such as Continuous Improvement Manager at FrieslandCampina and interned with organizations including the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Italy and WWF-India. Educated at the University of Amsterdam and Wageningen University, Estée holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s in International Land and Water Management. They have a keen interest in language learning, particularly Arabic, and are committed to addressing climate change through personal actions.
